Great! We recommend contacting us at least 3 months before your event to secure the date. More time allows more options! That doesn’t mean we can’t accommodate last minute parties, so reach out anytime to discuss!

Each package has a base price which does not reflect CUSTOM REQUESTS & ADD-ONS. These may include: unique flavors, upgraded toppings, specialty glow cones, and custom cart decor. All special requests must be ordered at least 4 weeks prior to event. We will be able to offer you exactly what you want if given more time!
LET’S DO THIS!
To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable $100 DEPOSIT. Your deposit will be credited directly toward your final invoice. Full PAYMENT by cash, check or credit card (+ 3% processing fee for credit card transactions) is to be received one week prior to event date.
OH FLUFF NO!
In the event your party needs to be canceled, your non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another date! We will do our best to accommodate your changes and new date, but can not guarantee availability once your party is changed.
To provide our best service to you, we need a flat ground surface with at least a 4×5 foot space. There must be a 3 prong outlet within 25 feet of the cart and equipment. Upper floor events require elevator access. A shaded area is required if party is outdoors as well as a backup space indoors in case of inclement weather.
Cotton candy is just sugar and air which makes it unstable! Humidity can make it melt quickly. Please keep this in mind when booking for your summer parties. We will always do our best to make your party the sweetest!

Sweet fact! Cotton candy has no fat, no preservatives, no sodium, and has about 9 grams less sugar than a 12oz can of coke and fewer than a cup of applesauce!
